单羊膜囊单卵双胎较罕见,最近我们发现2例,报告如下: 例1:患者焦××,30岁。孕2产0,孕36周双胎,末次月经1984年7月27日,停经40天有早孕反应,至2个月消失,孕5个月时自觉胎动。入院前4天头昏,测血压180/100,浮肿、蛋白尿(+),血红蛋白5.5g,红细胞压积23％,眼底检查妊娠高血压症视网膜动脉痉挛。母系家族有双胎史。1985年4月5日入院。经镇静、降压、解痉及输血200ml。B型超声双胎臀位,胎盘成熟度Ⅱ级。胎动及两侧胎心均正常。
Single amniotic membrane cysts monozygotic twins are rare, recently we found 2 cases, the report is as follows: Example 1: patients coke × ×, 30 years old. Four days before admission, dizziness, blood pressure 180/100, edema, proteinuria (+), hemoglobin 5.5g, hematocrit 23%, fundus examination of pregnancy-induced hypertension retinal artery spasm. Matriarchal family has a history of twins. April 5, 1985 admission. After calm, blood pressure, antispasmodic and blood transfusion 200ml. B-ultrasound twin breech, placental maturity grade Ⅱ. Fetal motion and fetal heart rate on both sides were normal.
