实验表明,超高压下某些掺杂物可以激活金刚石的烧结过程。因此,了解这些掺杂物在烧结金刚石多晶体中的存在形式和特征,对于进一步研究这种金刚石的形成机制以及有关性能方面的一些问題是十分必要的。本文报道高压下掺镍烧结金刚石的若干研究简况。
Experiments show that some ultra-high pressure dopant can activate the sintering process of diamond. Therefore, knowing the forms and characteristics of these dopants in the sintered diamond polycrystal is necessary for further studying the formation mechanism of the diamond and related performance issues. This paper reports a number of research reports on high-pressured nickel-doped sintered diamond.
