目前,农村中学物理实验教学的现状不容乐观,任课教师实验教学观念落后、实验教师能力和素质较差、实验仪器设备配置不足、教学模式僵化单一等现象较为突出。从笔者调研和掌握的相关资料看,办学经费不足、教师的应试观念、对实验功能的片面理解、对实验与思维关系的错误认识等是造成这一现状的主要原因。一、农村中学物理实验教学存在的问题1.任课教师实验教学观念落后20世纪90年代初实施了教师定量工作制,但在物理教师(任课教师)工作定量中却未考虑实验工作
