为了方便鞍钢一线生产工人看病问题,我院组织各科医生轮流到厂内门诊为生产工人看病。自1985年2月至1986年1月间,皮肤科共诊治各类皮肤病11,309人次,其中湿疹皮炎3,813人次,真菌感染4,620人次,细菌感染1,869人次,其他皮肤病1,007人次。一年中各类皮肤病的就诊人次以夏季最多占38.32％),其次是秋季(占23.89％),冬季最少(占16.81％)。由于各厂的生产环境不同,其各类皮肤病的分布也不一样,炼钢厂以真菌感染
