目的掌握宁德市有毒动植物食物中毒发生规律与特点,为防控其中毒提供科学决策。方法对1986-2010年宁德市有毒动植物食物中毒事故报告资料进行综合分析。结果 25年间共发生有毒动植物食物中毒101起,中毒人数591人,死亡36例。第二、三季度为全年中毒高发季节,中毒地点和场所均以农村和家庭居首,致病因素以毒蘑菇和河豚鱼为主,病死率以断肠草、河豚鱼和有毒贝类为高。结论应针对有毒动植物食物中毒发生的重点季节、重点地区、重点人群、重点场所和重点食物,有的放矢和适时采取科学有效的防控对策。
Objective To understand the regularity and characteristics of food poisoning caused by toxic animals and plants in Ningde City and provide scientific decision-making for prevention and control of poisoning. Methods A comprehensive analysis was carried out on the reported data of food poisoning of toxic animals and plants in Ningde from 1986 to 2010. Results A total of 101 poisonous animal and plant food poisoning occurred in 25 years, 591 were poisoned and 36 died. In the second and third quarters, the season of high poisoning occurred throughout the year. The poisoning sites and places were dominated by rural areas and families. The main cause of the disease was poisonous mushrooms and puffer fish. The fatality rates were as follows: Herba punctatus, puffer fish and poisonous shellfish . Conclusions Aiming at the key seasons of poisonous animal and plant food poisoning, key areas, key populations, key places and key foods, we should take targeted and timely scientific and effective measures for prevention and control.
