本调查的目的是了解我国儿童智力低下的患病率及分布特征。全国抽查了城市的8个地区和农村的6个地区。儿童智力低下总患病率为1.2％,城市0.7％,农村1.41％,男性高于女性,患病率随年龄增长而增高。智力低下程度,轻重之比约为1.5∶1。
The purpose of this survey is to understand the prevalence and distribution characteristics of children with mental retardation in our country. A total of 8 districts in the city and 6 districts in the countryside were spot-checked throughout the country. The total prevalence of mental retardation in children was 1.2%, 0.7% in urban areas and 1.41% in rural areas. The prevalence rate of males was higher than that of females, and the prevalence increased with age. Mental retardation, the ratio of severity is about 1.5: 1.
