人与自然的和谐是构建和谐社会的基础。我国面临的人与自然关系的严峻挑战,成为经济社会进一步发展的制约因素。我们必须面对现实、分析原因、提出对策,以保证“十一五”规划提出的各项目标的顺利实现。
The harmony between man and nature is the foundation for building a harmonious society. The severe challenge our country faces in the relations between man and nature has become a constraining factor in further economic and social development. We must face the reality, analyze the reasons and put forward countermeasures to ensure the smooth realization of the goals set in the “Eleventh Five-year Plan”.
