目的了解甘肃省西和县农村小学生营养状况,并探讨其形成原因,为制定经济落后地区的农村小学生营养状况改善对策提供科学依据。方法分层随机整群抽取36所农村小学,对709名小学生进行体格和血红蛋白浓度(Hb)测试,采用身高、体重标准法和Hb水平评价小学生营养状况,并对可能影响营养状况的因素进行分析。结果该地区农村小学生身高较矮和矮者(≤身高中位数-2SD)237人,占学生总数的33.43%(237/709);体重较轻和轻者(≤体重中位数-2SD)267人,占学生总数的37.66%(267/709);贫血学生71人,占学生总数的10.01%,学生贫血均为轻度贫血,尚未发现重度贫血患者。结论该地区农村小学生的身高体重偏低,贫血患病率较高,因此存在营养不良问题,相关部门和学生家长应该加强学生的膳食营养。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of rural primary school students in Xixian County of Gansu Province and to explore the reasons for their formation and provide a scientific basis for the improvement of nutritional status of rural pupils in economically underdeveloped areas. Methods Totally 36 rural primary schools were stratified and randomly stratified. Physical and hemoglobin concentration (Hb) tests were performed on 709 primary school students. The nutritional status of primary school students was assessed by height, weight standard method and Hb level, and the factors influencing nutritional status were analyzed . Results 237 primary school students in rural areas were shorter and shorter (≤2SD), accounting for 33.43% (237/709) of the total number of students; those with lighter and lighter weight (≤2SD) 267, accounting for 37.66% (267/709) of the total number of students; 71 anemic students, accounting for 10.01% of the total number of students, students with anemia are mild anemia, no patients with severe anemia have been found. Conclusion The height and weight of rural primary school students in this area is low and the prevalence of anemia is high. Therefore, malnutrition exists in the rural primary school students and parents and parents should strengthen their dietary nutrition.
