一个普普通通的山村共产党员──富源县富村乡烂泥菁村民小组长文来稳、用自己的善良和爱心 服重重困难，建立了一家个体幸福院，让七个长年流落街头的弱残鳏居者告别了流浪乞讨的生活，拥有一个温馨的家、过上了幸福的生活。文来稳的事迹引起了社会的反响，在2001年云南日报就多次对他的先进事迹作过跟踪报道，并引起领导层的高度重视，号召广大党员干部向其学习。榜样的力量是无穷的，然而力量能够“无穷”，还在于人们要对这力量的内涵作理性透析。而不仅仅停留于对好人好亨的赞许上。为此，本刊特邀请了几位学者对“文来稳现象”从理沦的高度上加以解析。希望他们的见解能够触发比更深刻的思考。
