随着我省高速公路通车里程不断延伸,点多线长面广,新老管理方式差异逐步加大,职工队伍素质良莠不齐,管理任务越来越繁重,如何使运营管理更加科学、规范、系统,提升管理服务水平,都是推行运营管理标准化的初衷。作为处于企业管理核心的财务管理工作,实施标准化是夯实会计基础工作,依法理财、规避违法违纪风险,全面实现会计信息质量要求,提升财会人员工作水平,提高工作效率,避免浪费企业资源,推行财务信息化的需要。笔者通过工作实践的不断摸索,逐步积累、总结出财务管理标准化建设途径、主要内容等方面的经验,并就标准化建设中存在的问题提出了对策。
