一、前言目前对平面变形和圆形截面零件挤压变形规律和变形力的研究较多,而关于截面形状的复杂性对挤压变形特点和变形力的影响则研究较少,然而在实际生产中,挤压零件的截面形状并不只限于圆形。复杂截面形状零件的变形是属于三维空间问题,较难用理论计算进行分析。本文在相同挤压变形程度(挤压比相同)的条件下,分别对圆形、六角形、方形、三角形、矩形、十字形、工字形等典型截面形状进行正挤压试验研究,以期(相对于圆形截面)找出几何形状对挤压变形力的影响规律,从而应用于实际生产。
