随着教育改革的不断深入和我国乡镇的不断发展,为乡镇中学教育工作带来机遇的同时,也给乡镇初中班主任带来了新的挑战。初中时期正是学生学习成长的黄金时期,班主任作为班级的领导者和管理者,对学生的成长和学习具有重要的影响作用。因此班主任在进行管理工作时要不断创新方法,符合时代发展的需求,培育健康、优秀的人才,为学生树立良好的榜样。本文主要分析乡镇初中班主任在实际工作中面临的主要问题,提出乡镇初中班主任工作的创新方法。

Junior high school period is the golden age of student learning and growth, class teacher as a class leader and manager, has an important impact on the growth of students and learning. This article mainly analyzes the main problems that township and town middle school teachers face in their practical work and puts forward the innovative method of working for the township junior middle school teacher.
