针对含有大量传感器信号的漏磁检测系统中存在的数据采集卡与传感器间的信号传输瓶颈问题,应用FPGA控制多路模拟开关阵列,利用分时复用技术将多路传感器数据合成单路数据送入数据采集卡,计算机利用预定义的同步信号完成数据处理。该方法应用一根信号线和控制线完成了多路数据的传输,解决了漏磁探伤系统中数据采集卡的输入通道数满足大量传感器需要的问题。
Aiming at the bottleneck of signal transmission between the data acquisition card and the sensor which exists in the magnetic flux leakage detection system which contains a large number of sensor signals, FPGA is used to control multiple analog switch arrays. The multiplexed sensor technology is used to synthesize a single data transmission Into the data acquisition card, the computer uses the predefined synchronization signal to complete the data processing. The method uses a signal line and a control line to complete the transmission of multiplex data and solves the problem that the number of input channels of the data acquisition card in the MFL system meets the needs of a large number of sensors.
