利用Gleeble-3500热模拟机压缩圆柱体试样对材料流变曲线进行研究,由于试样端面与压头之间存在摩擦,导致试样压缩过程出现鼓形,但热模拟试验机实验过程应力的计算是按照完全无摩擦来计算的。通过测定压缩过程中鼓形最大直径的变化,对由摩擦造成的应力-应变曲线失真进行修正,使流变曲线更逼近实际。
Using the Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator to compress the cylinder sample, the rheological curve of the material was studied. Because of the friction between the end face of the specimen and the indenter, the drum shape appeared during the compressing of the specimen, but the thermal stress Calculations are based on complete frictionlessness. By measuring the change of the maximum diameter of the drum during compression, the distortion of the stress-strain curve caused by the friction is corrected so that the rheological curve is more realistic.
