本文报道1738例脐带绕颈,其发生率为16.76%.资料分析认为脐带绕颈与脐带长度有关,绕颈周数多者均脐带过长、脐带绕颈可使产程延长或停滞,使剖宫产率及阴道手术产率增高.本文围产儿病死率9.78%.产前B 超探测,产时胎心电子监护及产时严密观察产程,均可在产前做出脐带绕颈的诊断.积极处理产程,可使胎儿宫内窘迫及新生儿窒息大大减少.
