我院自1986年3月以来应用四川晨光化工研究所研制的 GP—084泡沫硅橡胶(以下简称硅球)做眼球摘除术眼窝腔充填物,收到较满意效果,报道如下:一、一般资料:本组5例。男4例,女1例。其中严重角巩膜裂伤眼内容物脱水、眼球贯通伤感染、角巩膜葡萄肿,眼球穿通伤后萎缩、绝对期青光眼各1例,年龄25～64岁,随访半个月～36个月。二、材料准备:硅球分大、中、小3号,直径12～22mm,术前高压消毒备用。植入前再用生理盐水浸洗。三、手术方法:摘除眼球步骤同一般眼球摘除
Since March 1986, our hospital has applied GP-084 Foam Silicone Rubber (hereinafter referred to as “Silicon Ball”) developed by Sichuan Chenguang Chemical Research Institute for enucleation of orbital cavities and received satisfactory results.
