宁波市道路货运市场近几年来虽有明显的发展,但从现状来看,还存在几个主要问题,例如宏观调控不力,运力投放大于运量增长;货运市场相当混乱,居间盘剥比较严重;专业货运企业生产经营步履维艰。因此,培育和发展货运市场已是当务之急。培育和发展道路货运市场是涉及面广、政策性强、情况又较复杂的一项系统工程。它涉及到行业管理、法规建设、基础设施、人员素质等方方面面的问题,也是一项长期而又艰巨的任务。
Although there have been obvious developments in recent years in Ningbo’s road freight transportation market, there are still several major problems in view of the current situation. The freight transportation market is very chaotic and the intermediary exploitation is rather serious. Freight enterprise production and management difficult.
