目的分析仪器设备合理配置对疾病预防控制中心(疾控中心)能力的影响,为制定疾控中心仪器设备装备规划提供依据。方法采用描述性分析方法,收集2002—2014年杭州市下城区疾控中心仪器设备装备情况等相关资料,分析仪器配备与疾控中心检测和科研能力的相关性。结果 2003—2014年下城区疾控中心逐年有计划地购买了离子色谱仪、定量PCR仪和采样机器人等仪器设备,数量从50台增加到294台。2002—2014年,开展的检测项目从103项扩展到392项;参加的能力验证和室间比对项目从7项增加到25项;科研项目从无增加到21项,论文发表从二级杂志2篇到一级杂志4篇和二级杂志1篇。仪器设备数与开展的检测项目数、参加的能力验证和室间比对总项目数及承担的科研项目和论文发表总数均存在正相关关系,相关系数分别为0.968、0.875和0.661。结论仪器设备的配备和更新提升了疾控中心的检测能力和科研水平。
Objective To analyze the impact of the rational allocation of equipment on the capability of CDC (CDC), and provide the basis for the planning of equipment and equipment of CDC. There was a positive correlation between the number of instrumentation and the number of testing items, attending competency verification and the total number of inter-room comparison projects and the total number of research projects and papers published, with correlation coefficients of 0.968, 0.875 and 0.661 respectively. Conclusion The equipment and updating of equipment and equipment has enhanced the testing capability and scientific research level of CDC.
