仔猪黄痢和白痢主要是由大肠埃希氏菌中产生肠毒素的血清型引起的一种常发的仔猪急性肠道传染病。仔猪黄痢以拉黄色稀粪、病程短为主要特征。平均发病率为76.8％,平均死亡率为17％,最高可达100％。仔猪白痢以拉白色稀粪、病程较长为主要特征,平均发病率为68.7％,死亡率高达12％。病愈后的仔猪生长发育受阻,其体重较未病仔猪平均每头减轻5.6斤。有的病愈猪成为僵猪,长期生长发育不良,造成人力和物力的严重损失。这两种病,在国内外均普遍存在。抗菌
