本文介绍以APPLE-Ⅱ型机为基础的糖厂生产过程在线检测用数据采集系统。它具有高可靠性,操作简便,系统软件和硬件齐全,可以直接与DDZ-Ⅱ和DDZ-Ⅲ仪表联接等特点。糖厂清净工段是将甜菜切丝、压榨和清除糖汁内杂质的生产过程。现场条件比较恶劣,电磁干扰严重,环境温度较高。糖汁流量、冷主灰流量、石灰乳浓度,温度,PH值等十几个参数需要采集。需要采集的压力、流量、温度和PH值等模拟量,由变送器经适当运算后分别输出0～10mA和4～20mA电流信号,通过串联500Ω和250Ω电阻分别取0～5V和1～5V电压信号。由
