对AP1000核电厂脱气塔真空泵,在不同工况下的电流特性进行了试验研究。分析了泵的背压,泵抽取的气体流量,泵抽取气体的种类对泵的运行电流的影响。结果表明泵的背压越高泵的运行电流越大,并且存在一个峰值背压,使得泵的电流阶跃上升,造成泵过载。同时随着泵的流量的增加,运行电流缓慢上升;真空泵背压一定情况下,抽取不同种类气体的运行电流相同。
The AP1000 nuclear power plant degassing tower vacuum pump, under different conditions of the current characteristics of a pilot study. The influence of backpressure of pump, the flow of gas extracted by pump and the type of gas extracted by pump on the operating current of pump were analyzed. The results show that the higher the backpressure of the pump, the larger the operating current of the pump, and the existence of a peak backpressure causes the current step of the pump to rise, causing the pump to overload. At the same time as the pump flow increases, the operating current slowly increases; vacuum pump back pressure under certain circumstances, the extraction of different types of gas operating current the same.
