管理学课程是工程管理专业重要的专业基础课,然而面向工程管理专业的管理学课程教学全面沿用了经管类管理学的套路,没有考虑工程管理专业与经管类专业的差异,教学效果差是必然的。笔者深入分析了面向工程管理专业的管理学课程性质以及教与学的现状,提出教师应突破教材束缚,突出专业针对性,强化实践教学,采用多样化考核方法等教学改革思路,激发学生课堂参与热情和积极性。
Management course is an important basic course for engineering management major. However, the teaching of management course oriented to engineering management fully follows the routine of management and administration, and does not take into account the difference between engineering management major and management major. The poor teaching effect is inevitable . The author deeply analyzes the nature of the management science course and the current situation of teaching and learning. It points out that teachers should break the shackles of teaching materials, highlight the professional pertinence, strengthen the practice teaching and adopt the diversified assessment methods to stimulate the students’ classroom participation Enthusiasm and enthusiasm.
