μ-氧-双(四苯基卟啉铁(Ⅲ)),[TPPFe~Ⅲ]_2O,是一个具有生物活性的化合物,它可由氯化四苯基卟啉铁(Ⅲ)(TPPFe~ⅢCl)与浓NaOH剧烈搅拌或通过中性Al_2O_3色谱柱反应制得.前一方法由于金属离子脱落而影响产物纯度并使产率降低.我们采用后一方法由取代单卟啉铁(Ⅲ)(TXPPFe~ⅢCl)合成了14种取代μ-氧-双(卟啉铁(Ⅲ))([TXPPFe~Ⅲ]_2O,图1),并研究了它们的生物活性.本文报道这些μ-氧-双(卟啉铁(Ⅲ))的合成和光谱特征.
(TPPFe ~ Ⅲ] _2O is a biologically active compound which can be synthesized by the reaction of tetraphenylporphyrin iron (Ⅲ) (TPPFe ~ ⅢCl) With vigorous stirring with NaOH or neutral Al 2 O 3 column reaction obtained in the previous method due to metal ions off and affect the purity of the product and reduce the yield we use the latter method to replace the single porphyrin iron (Ⅲ) (TXPPFe ~ ([Fe (Ⅲ)) ([TXPPFe Ⅲ] _2O, Figure 1) were synthesized and their biological activities were studied in this paper.It is reported that these μ-oxybis Synthesis and Spectral Characteristics of Iron (Ⅲ).
