跟随着经济全球化的紧密步伐,内部流程管理在企业财务管理工作中所彰显的作用也越来越明显,科学有效的内部流程管理工作能够有效改善企业财务管理工作,促进财务管理工作理清条理,更加专业,从而最大程度提升企业运营效益。本文结合流程管理的基本概念以及其对于企业整体发展的重要意义,针对如何提升流程管理工作效率,提升企业财务管理水平提出了具体建议。
With the close pace of economic globalization, the role of internal process management in corporate financial management becomes more and more obvious. Scientifically effective internal process management can effectively improve corporate financial management and facilitate the management of financial management , More professional, so as to maximize the operational efficiency of enterprises.
