目的 :亚洲市场的隐形眼镜 ,绝大多数是西方国家设计和生产的。尽管华人和白人眼部参数的差异之处尚未完全明了 ,但是亚洲的一些验配师还是喜欢单纯以镜片配戴的“舒适度”作为验配标准。作者调查了华人配戴几种水凝胶软镜的临床表现 ,以确定科学的验配评判标准。方法 :在香港理工大学和新加坡理工大学这两处研究中心 ,各挑选十名年轻隐形眼镜配戴者 ,每只眼睛分别配戴 6种不同类型的镜片 (Weicon38E、HydronZ6、Medalist、Acuvue、Focus和See Quence) ,2 0分钟之后由 5名视光师分别对其进行验配评价 ,并让配戴者对配戴的舒适程度作 0～ 10 0分的主观评价。结果 :两地各种镜片的配戴舒适程度主观评价差异无显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,然两地各种镜片的配戴特征的差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :亚洲之外设计的镜片 ,如根据个体差异进行适当选择再作验配 ,对于华人来说是比较适合的。没有哪种镜片能够适合所有华人的眼睛配戴的 ,某些镜片配戴的主观舒适度虽与其他种类镜片相同 ,但是检查时可发现其偏紧。因此 ,仅仅根据“舒适度”作为隐形眼镜验配评判依据 ,而不作必要的配戴评价 ,就容易导致配戴过紧。故对每位病人均作试戴评价 ,仍不失为选择适合于华人配戴的隐形眼镜的最佳方法。
Purpose: The contact lenses in the Asian market, the vast majority of which are designed and manufactured in Western countries. Although the differences in ocular parameters between Chinese and whites are not yet fully understood, some of Asia’s adjuncts still prefer “comfort” to the lens fit alone. The authors investigated the clinical presentation of several hydrogel soft lenses worn by Chinese people to determine the criteria for scientific fitting. METHODS: Ten young contact lens wearers were selected at two research centers, Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Singapore Polytechnic University. Six different types of lenses (Weicon 38E, HydronZ 6, Medalist, Acuvue, Focus and See Quence). After 20 minutes, five optometrists conducted a fitting evaluation respectively and gave the wearer a subjective evaluation of the wearing comfort from 0 to 10 points. Results: There was no significant difference in the subjective evaluation of wearing comfort between the two lenses (P> 0.05). However, there was a significant difference in wearing characteristics between the two lenses (P <0.05). Conclusion: lenses designed outside Asia, such as individual differences according to the appropriate choice for further testing, the Chinese is more suitable. No lens can be suitable for all Chinese eye wear, some of the lens wear subjective comfort, although the same with other types of lenses, but check can be found tight. Therefore, only based on “comfort” as the basis for contact lens fitting evaluation, without the necessary wear evaluation, it is easy to lead to wear too tight. Therefore, the evaluation of each patient are tried, is still the best way to choose suitable for Chinese wear contact lenses.
