1.工程概况毕家(瞿阝)公路桥位于唐山市丰南区南部的黑沿子镇,在渔业非常发达的西排干下游,两岸有鱼池、虾池2858亩,涉及6个行政村,人口8500人。在秦皇岛至天津的沿海公路修建之前该桥是乐亭、唐海、丰南去汉沽、天津的咽喉要道。该桥原规模为4.2m×12跨,宽3.8m。由于近40a的使用,已损坏严重,已无修复加固的价值。拟建标准为公路-Ⅱ

Project Overview Bijia (Qu Qu) Highway Bridge is located in Tangshan City, south of Fengnan District, Black Edge Town, in the well-developed drainage in the west row downstream, there are fish ponds, shrimp pond 2858 acres, involving 6 administrative villages, Population 8500 people. Before the Qinhuangdao-Tianjin coastal road was built, the bridge was the main artery of Laoting, Tanghai and Fengnan to Hangu and Tianjin. The original scale of the bridge is 4.2m × 12 span, width 3.8m. Due to the use of nearly 40a, it has been damaged seriously and has no value of rehabilitating. The proposed standard for highway-Ⅱ
