原发性肝癌是我省发病率较高的恶性肿瘤之一。本协作组先由福州市医学科学研究所采用蟑螂提取物进行动物急、慢性毒性试验无明显毒性反应。1978年8月成立福州市AT-2肿瘤协作组,在进行动物抑瘤试验和临床观察有效的基础上,于1980年6月进一步扩大福州地区的治疗协作。先用AT-2胶囊治疗,后改为AT-2浸膏片口服。自1978年8月至1981年5月,共治疗原发性肝癌37例(中配合化疗4例),明显地改善症状和延长生存期。现将初步临床观察结果介绍如下。临床资料
Primary liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in our province. This collaboration group was first used by the Fuzhou Medical Research Institute to conduct animal acute and chronic toxicity tests without significant toxicity. In August 1978, the Fuzhou AT-2 Oncology Cooperation Group was established. On the basis of the effectiveness of animal tumor suppressive tests and clinical observations, the treatment cooperation in Fuzhou was further expanded in June 1980. The first treatment with AT-2 capsules, then changed to AT-2 oral tablets. From August 1978 to May 1981, a total of 37 cases of primary liver cancer were treated (with 4 cases in combination with chemotherapy), which significantly improved symptoms and prolonged survival.
