近代 Edgewise 技术,由于在治疗初期采用圆形细丝弓并应用了 Begg 法中的微力及差动力等技术原理,而所使用细圆丝的周径多小于锁槽沟(bracket slot)的宽度,因此在矫治中,同样会造成一定程度的牙倾斜、旋转等。此外,由于国内弓丝材料缺乏,对个别严重错位的牙,不可能采用由细到粗的系列弓丝以达到理想牙弓的排列。为此,介绍几种我们在临床上设计和应用于矫正牙倾斜及扭转的弹簧和方法以供同道参考。
