针对传统RF缆放卷设备控制系统的局限性,从系统的角度建立RF缆放卷系统的T-S模糊模型,设计了放卷系统内模控制器,构建了RF缆放线设备的内模控制系统。实验结果表明,与传统的“变频器+电机”的PID控制比较,文中设计的基于T-S模型的非线性内模控制系统有着更好的控制精度和鲁棒性。
In view of the limitations of traditional RF cable unwinding equipment control system, the TS fuzzy model of RF cable unwinding system is established from the perspective of system. The internal mold controller of unwinding system is designed and the internal mold control system of RF cable laying equipment is established . The experimental results show that compared with the traditional PID control of Inverter + Motor, the nonlinear internal model control system based on T-S model designed in this paper has better control accuracy and robustness.
