Immunoreactive status is the result of a long-term two-way interaction between the transplant recipient’s immune system and the graft. Its main feature is the presence of a specific low response to donor antigens. Low immune response and the occurrence of acute and chronic rejection and renal function are closely related. Its monitoring can help guide the adjustment of the dosage of immunosuppressive drugs and predict the long-term function of the renal graft
