斜拉索的PE保护在施工中容易损伤,以苏通长江大桥为依托,通过对斜拉索PE护套的足尺试验,研究了长、重索在提升过程中PE的拉伸受力情况,吊索夹具夹紧斜拉索时PE护套的抗压受力情况,以及PE护套同索夹橡胶垫间的摩擦系数。通过足尺试验,选定了相关施工参数:索夹长度和夹紧力。试验结果应用于苏通长江大桥斜拉索施工,在整个斜拉索安装过程中没有出现任何索夹滑移或PE护套压伤的情况,确保了斜拉索的施工安全、质量与使用寿命。
The PE cable of the stay cable is easy to be damaged during construction. Based on the Sutong Yangtze River Bridge, the full-scale test of the PE jacket of the stay cable is used to study the tensile stress of PE during the lifting process , Sling clamp cable tensioning cable PE sheath compression stress, and PE sheath rubber cord friction between the friction coefficient. Through full-scale test, the relevant construction parameters were selected: the length of the cable clamp and the clamping force. The test results are applied to the construction of the stay cables of the Sutong Yangtze River Bridge. During the installation of the stay cables, there is no any case of cable clip slippage or crush of the PE sheath to ensure the construction safety, quality and service life of the stay cables .
