杨树大斑型溃疡病是由杨疡壳孢菌(Dot-hichiza populea Sacc. et Briard)引起的。据1981年在黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古等省区的部分地区调查,确认该病原菌能引起五十多种杨树的枝干部溃疡,严重者可使树木致死。在欧洲称该病为杨树的最凶恶的敌人之一,可见其危害的严重性。为了给防治该病提供科学依据,现将该病的病原菌生物学特性的研究结果报道如下,以供参考。材料和方法在生长特性试验中,温度和pH值对病原菌菌丝生长的影响的试验,采用麦芽糖洋菜培
Poplar large spot canker disease is caused by Dot-hichiza populea Sacc. Et Briard. According to a survey conducted in parts of Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia provinces in 1981, it was confirmed that the pathogen could cause ulcers of more than 50 kinds of poplar branches, and in severe cases, the trees could be lethal. In Europe, the disease is one of the most ferocious enemies of poplars and its severity can be seen. In order to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease, the pathogenic bacteria of the disease now report the results of the biological characteristics are as follows for reference. Materials and methods In the growth characteristics test, the effects of temperature and pH on the mycelial growth of pathogenic bacteria were tested using maltose agar
