目的:探讨股外侧皮神经躯体感觉诱发电位的正常值范围,为临床提供参考。方法:健康志愿者49例,进行双侧股外侧皮神经的躯体感觉诱发电位检测。观察P40的潜伏期及波幅(波幅采用P40与N50的峰峰值),同时与志愿者的性别、年龄、身高等指标进行分析。结果:P40潜伏期:左侧(33.9±2.37)ms,右侧(34.0±2.33)ms。P40潜伏期左右侧比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。P40波幅:左侧(1.69±0.922)μV,右侧(1.65±0.746)μV。P40波幅左右侧比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。双侧P40平均潜伏期与身高之间呈强正线性相关。结论:本组健康志愿者股外侧皮神经体感诱发电位左右侧无差别,其P40潜伏期与身高呈强正线性相关。
Objective: To explore the normal range of somatosensory evoked potentials of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve so as to provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods: Forty-nine healthy volunteers were involved in the somatosensory evoked potentials test of bilateral lateral cutaneous nerve. The latency and amplitude of P40 were observed (amplitude and peak value of P40 and N50), at the same time with the gender, age, height and other indicators of volunteers were analyzed. Results: P40 latency: left (33.9 ± 2.37) ms, right (34.0 ± 2.33) ms. P40 latency left and right sides, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). P40 amplitude: left (1.69 ± 0.922) μV, right (1.65 ± 0.746) μV. The left and right sides of P40 amplitude had no statistical significance (P> 0.05). There was a strong positive linear correlation between mean P40 latency and height. Conclusion: There is no difference between the right and left sides of the lateral cutaneous nerve somatosensory evoked potentials in this group of healthy volunteers. The P40 latency is strongly and positively correlated with the height.
