新时代,对于文化建设的要求逐步提高,特别是新政策对基层的倾向,基层群众文化建设就显得尤为重要。本文主要对当前时代背景下,基层群众的文化建设方案进行研究,提出创新和强化基层群众文化建设的建议。
In the new era, the requirements for cultural construction are gradually increasing. In particular, the tendency of the new policies toward the grassroots level is particularly important for the grassroots cultural construction. This article mainly studies the grass-roots people’s cultural construction plan under the current background of the times and puts forward suggestions on how to innovate and strengthen the grass-roots people’s cultural construction.
