用历史文化打品牌建造国内首座醋文化博物馆清徐,山西老陈醋正宗发源地,其酿醋的历史距今已有3000多年了。在漫长的岁月里,山西老陈醋在选料、配方、工艺、设备等方面不断更新发展,到清代顺治元年(公元1644年),清徐人始创熏蒸法,形成了特有的“绵、酸、香、甜、鲜”的口味,在以后的数百年间经久不衰,因而被世人推为四大名醋山西老陈醋、镇江香醋、四川保宁麸醋、福建永春红曲醋之首,它不仅是王室宫廷贡品,而且名扬中外。为了继承、弘扬这一民族产业、祖宗文化,山西水塔公司(电话:0351-7022202)率先在全国建起了醋文化博物馆:这座总高达49.88米,极具明清两代建筑特色的宏大建筑,如今已成为醋都“清徐”的象征和标志。博物馆内收集了山西历代制醋工艺手迹200余部,制醋器具800多件,整理出醋文化通史500余幅,醋方、醋典2000余条,将民间零散
