同志们: 我们海河流域防洪工作研讨会现在开幕了! 这次会议是我委建立以来,专门研究流域防洪工作、交流防洪经验的第一次会议。召开这次防洪工作研讨会,是于去年10月中旬在潘家口召开的海河流域水库管理经验交流会上各省市区的同志提出的,当时参加会议的各厅(局)领导同志一致希望海委每年能组织一、两次会专门研究大家感兴趣的问题。比如,防洪问题、水费计征问题、综合经营问题
Comrades: The Haihe River Basin Flood Control Work Symposium is Now Opening!
