“528”是我厂研制的精密陀螺。随着设计与工艺的不断完善,产品在O位稳定性,线性度和寿命等方面,都有不少提高和改进。产品性能基本上达到原定指标的要求。但由于缺乏生产所需的净化设施,在一定程度上又限制了产品性能的提高。尤其是合格率很低,直至一九七四年还仅达10~20%,可见问题的严重性。归纳起来,马达主要问题有:1.不同步或同步不良;2.突然停转,可靠性差;3.噪声大,动平衡稳定性差;4.寿命短。针对不断暴露出的问题,我们采取了一系列措施,如用加大电磁力矩的方法来改善马达的同步性;用增加预负荷的办法来提高动平衡
“528” is a precision gyro developed by our factory.
