采用实验测试与理论分析相结合的方法,研究冲压成形工艺引起的预变形对材料疲劳性能的影响。设计不同变形量的预拉伸试验来分析成形工艺所引起材料不同变形量,针对薄板试件无法进行对称循环加载疲劳实验的问题,提出了采用0.1拉-拉循环加载与Gerber反向修正相结合的试验-计算混合方法,得到了薄板试件对称循环的持久疲劳极限。对不同变形量的材料持久疲劳极限做拟合处理,得到变形量与材料持久疲劳极限之间的变化规律。对材料S-N曲线进行工程简化,得到几种典型变形量的S-N曲线,在可以满足工程要求的前提下,减少了疲劳性能测试的工作量。
