第一条 为加强建筑市场管理,规范工程建设项目实施程序,维护建筑市场的正常秩序,根据国家有关法律、法规,制定本规定。 第二条 本规定所称工程建设项目实施阶段程序,是指土木建筑工程,线路、管道及设备安装工程,建筑装修装饰工程等新建、扩建、改建活动的施工准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段应遵循的有关工作步骤。
Article 1 These regulations are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the State in order to strengthen the management of the construction market, standardize the procedures for the implementation of engineering construction projects, and maintain the normal order of the construction market. Article 2 The procedures for the implementation of engineering construction projects referred to in these Regulations refer to the construction preparation phase, construction phase, and completion phase of civil engineering projects, installations of lines, pipelines and equipment, construction and decoration projects, and other new construction, expansion and reconstruction activities.
