突如其来的非典事件给中国带来了巨大的震动,也引发了人们深层次的理论思考。今年5月30日,中共辽宁省委党校政法中心、《辽宁党校报》与本刊编辑部就非典问题联合召开了理论研讨会。本期“专题研究”发表的就是部分同志的发言摘要。
Sudden SARS caused tremendous shock to China and also triggered deep theoretical thinking.
