《考古学集刊》第八辑发表了湖北省文物考古研究所等合撰《云梦龙岗六号秦墓及出土简牍》一文,公布了1989年在湖北云梦龙岗6号墓出土的秦代简牍资料(以下简称“龙”文)。这批简牍的主要内容是秦代律令,包括《禁苑律》和《田律》等,这是继发现云梦睡虎地竹简和青川郝家坪木牍两种秦律后,秦律的又一次重大发现。可惜的是,这批简牍质量较差,残断严重。在困难的条件下,整理者竭尽努力,考释研究取得了可喜的成绩。当然,释文与考辨也都存在着一些问题。笔者一
