目的：观察倒卵叶五加总皂甙对实验性血栓形成与凝血功能的影响。方法：经舌下静脉注射该制剂，观察其对动、静脉血栓模型的影响，测定复钙时间、凝血酶原时间与凝血酶时间。结果：倒卵叶五加总皂甙明显抑制大鼠动静脉血栓形成，明显延长家兔复钙时间、凝血酶原时间和凝血酶时民；结论：倒卵叶五加总皂甙具有抗血栓形成与抗凝作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of total saponin of Acanthopanax obovatus on experimental thrombosis and coagulation function. Methods: The preparation was injected through the sublingual vein to observe the effects of the preparation on the models of arterial and venous thrombosis. The recalcification time, prothrombin time, and thrombin time were measured. Results: Saponin of Acanthopanax Obovatus inhibited arteriovenous thrombosis obviously, prolonged recalcification time, prothrombin time and thrombin time in rabbits. Conclusion: Saponin of Acanthopanax Obovatus has antithrombotic effect Anticoagulation.
