目的:本研究讨论如何利用模拟为基础的临床技能培训设施,为非医学背景公众进行急救知识培训,并对培训效果进行分析。方法2011年9月~2013年8月,招收了120名非医学背景的学员参加公众急救知识培训。共组织了6期,每期20人,由专业教师进行理论授课和操作指导。培训前对学员的基本情况进行问卷调查,培训后进行公共急救知识的理论和技能考核。结果学员全部通过考核,通过率达100%。各组学员的性别比例一致,年龄、受教育程度、家庭收入等基本情况分布差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论利用现有的临床技能教学的设施、教学方法与师资,在教学之余,面向非医学背景的公众开展急救知识和技能的培训,急社会之所需,可以有效地普及公众急救知识和技能。“,”Objective To provide first aids simulation training to those non-medical background people by adopting clinical techniques and training facilities. Methods A total of 120 people participated in the simulation training in between September 2011 and August 2013 with 20 people in each class. The training carried out six classes with each class of 4 hours. The professional emergency trainers conducted the training which included first aid knowledge and skill both in lecture and practice. The participants needed to complete a survey for an understanding about their basic information prior to the class. An assessment was conducted after the training. Results All the participants passed the examination with a good score. It reflected no statistical significance in between their gender, age, level of education. Conclusion Utilizing existing clinical facilities to provide first aid training to public meets the demand which benefits the society.
