施工成本控制也就是施工成本管理是衡量一个项目管理部的管理能力、管理方法以及工作成果的一项重要指标,也是反映一个施工企业经营业绩和企业管理水平的一项综合指标。在当今市场经济时代,激烈的市场竞争注定了建筑施工企业要取得良好的经济效益,在竞争中立于不败之地并很好的持续发展,就必须加强施工成本的管理。本文主要分析目前建筑施工企业在施工成本管理上存在的问题并针对存在的问题提出相关措施,通过具体分部工程来进一步说明建筑施工企业和项目管理部通过建立有效的成本管理体系,在施工工程中根据施工对象的实际情况采取各方面的控制措施,结合工程的特点,面面具到,能很大程度地实现施工成本的有效管理。
