在北京知名的餐饮企业中,人们熟知的有美国的肯德基、麦当劳,中餐的全聚德、顺峰、东来顺等,然而,最近发现,刚进军北京一年多的湖北名店——小蓝鲸大钟寺连锁店名声鹊起,带着记者的问题,日前,我们采访了该酒店总经理谢立群先生。大钟寺连锁店位于北三环西路,是北京小蓝鲸酒店管理有限公司在北京投资开发的第一家连锁店,它以来自千湖之省、鱼米之乡——湖北的第一餐饮品牌“小蓝鲸”为核心经营,是以湖北风味为主菜系的特许连锁店。“小蓝鲸”餐饮品牌历经十数载发展,目前已拥有武汉和北京两家管理公司,凭借其自身实力和多年的耕耘,已获得“全国十佳酒家”、“国家特级酒家”、“湖北风味名店”等众多荣誉。
