一台ZE1250E型挖掘机在工作过程中出现回转锁定失效故障。对回转锁定液压回路和电气控制回路中的可能故障点进行逐一分析判断,确定故障由回转马达机械锁锁紧装置摩擦片烧毁造成。对短时间内摩擦片烧毁进行进一步分析,发现回转锁定电控程序出现错误。更换新摩擦片并更新电控程序后,故障排除。针对本次故障,提出加强生产调试过程监管力度的建议,以避免同类故障再次出现。
