因职业性慢性苯中毒所致的白细胞减少作用机制较为复杂,目前尚未发现比较满意的疗法。近几年我们采用中药治疗职业性慢性苯中毒取得一定疗效,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料所有病例均依据《职业性苯中毒诊断标准》(GBZ68—2013)诊断为职业性慢性轻度、中度苯中毒(白细胞减少症)。随机分为两组:(1)中药治疗组22例,男性4例、女性18例,平均年龄40.5岁,平均苯作业工龄11年,病程6~
Due to occupational chronic benzene poisoning caused by leukopenia mechanism is more complex, no satisfactory treatment has been found.
