近年来高等院校的教育工作逐渐成为了政府和相关专业人士十分关心和重视的问题之一,教育工作的顺利开展离不开高效高质的财务管理,但是就目前情况来看,我国高校的财务管理工作依旧存在一些问题和不足,所以本文借鉴了企业的财务管理,就高校财务管理工作的现状进行了阐述,发现了其中存在的问题和不足,将高校财务管理与企业财务管理进行了对比,阐述了企业财务管理的优势,分析了高校财务管理引进企业财务管理的关键点,进一步提出了切实可行的创新高校财务管理工作的措施。
