南湾灌区通过续建配套与节水改造工程项目的实施,在提升节水改造、管理改革、能力建设、信息化等方面取得了较好的做法。在工程建设、用水制度、运行管理、支撑能力、对现代灌区适应性方面还存在着问题与不足。针对当前情况,提出一些有益的措施和建议,以供参考。
Through the implementation of the project of renewal of supporting facilities and water-saving reform, Nanwan Irrigation District has made good efforts in upgrading water-saving and transformation, management reform, capacity building and informationization. In engineering construction, water system, operation and management, support capacity, there are still problems and deficiencies in the adaptability of modern irrigation districts. For the current situation, put forward some useful measures and suggestions for reference.
