作为“境内关外”海关特殊监管区域的青岛保税区,现有企业3700多家,其中外资企业1200多家,世界五百强企业27家,区内企业职工近3万人,外国人就业1000多人,劳资关系和谐稳定。这一切皆得益于保税区劳动保障局通过实践逐步建立起来的一整套行之有效的劳资纠纷预防机制,从源头上预防治理,在保证劳资纠纷案件“低发生率”的同时,既维护了职工的合法权益,又营造了良好的安商环境。
